- 1-800-CLEANGLASS is a Michigan based company started "informally" as Sun Window Cleaning in 2008. Two hard working guys with backgrounds in customer service and graduate school recognized the need for a quality window cleaning company in metro Detroit. They founded Sun Window Cleaning, with the future vision of a large customer-focused organization and a small organizational culture. Since, they’ve changed the name to 1-800-CLEANGLASS with a focus on low overhead allowing them to pass savings onto their customers!

- The State of Michigan does not require a service company such as 1-800-CLEANGLASS to be licensed, however, we are a Limited Liability Company and do carry a $2,000,000 commercial liability insurance policy. Our window cleaners undergo rigorous on-the-job training and ladder safety training.
- Simply call or email us, leave an address and contact information for a quick estimate (within 24 hours) and we'll leave the information with you or follow up promptly. From there, sit back and relax and let our professionals do the job the right way.
- We can do the exterior (if screens are removed), but require a homeowner to be present when cleaning the interior windows of your home.
- Payment is due within 14 days of service. You may pay online (via Google Checkout or PayPal) with a credit card, pay in person, or mail check or cash. We will hand you or mail/email an invoice immediately following service.
- Typically, we like to do work within a 30 mile radius of Novi, MI, primarily in Oakland, Wayne, and Livingston Counties but will consider all opportunities individually.
- We use environmentally safe and friendly cleaning solutions and reusable towels. Additionally, we are in the process of switching to a purified water fed pole system using only pure water to clean your exterior windows.
